Dr. David Teasdale, a native of Houston, Texas, graduated from the University of Texas Dental Branch-Houston, after attending the University of Houston Pharmacy College and the University of Houston. 

Dr. Teasdale entered into private practice as an associate of Dr. James Orr Director of the Dental Department at Kelsey Seybold Clinic in the Texas Medical Center on Fannin.  Dr. Orr encouraged Dr. Teasdale to enroll in the L.D.Pankey Institute for advanced dental education in Miami, Florida, were he completed the four continuums September 26, 1985.  In 1983 when Dr. Orr moved to Austin, TX,  Dr. Teasdale became the Director of the Dental Department in Kelsey Seybold main clinic. 

Also active in professional activities on the local level, he worked in various levels and committees with the Greater Houston Dental Society including the committee member of Judicial Affairs and Peer Review.

Teasdale was awarded a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 1987, and was given the title of Honorable Order of Good Fellow by the Texas Dental Society for twenty-five years of service in 2006.

Dr. Teasdale made the Texas Medical Center his professional home for over twenty years.  He has worked in St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and The Methodist Hospital where he is currently on courtesy staff.  After many years, Dr. Teasdale moved his practice “home” in the Spring Branch/Memorial area of Houston.  Dr. Teasdale has believed in giving back to society to those in need.   He has done several missionary trips to Haiti and Mexico.  He has been on the deacon board of Christ Evangelical Presbyterian Church and member since 2005.  Dr. Teasdale and his wife enjoy family and home life.  They have two sons in college.
